This project aims to develop a health and wellbeing profile for older adults in partnership with older adults and key stakeholders across multiple disciplines and sectors to support regional and local planning of services to meet the needs of older adults better, enable advocacy for policy change and highlight opportunities for improvement and further research.

 

The profile will be developed using a co-design approach and will build on previously developed Regional Population Profiles to provide insights on older adult demographics, health and wellbeing status, health behaviors, social determinants of health, healthcare utilisation and health and community assets.
